Privacy Policy

This notice describes the limited personal information used for the individually operated AI Trade Manager (ATM) development website and owner-only notification testing. It is not a statement that a commercial ATM LLC currently exists.

Information involved

For SMS testing, the operator may use their own phone number, messaging consent and opt-out status, message content, delivery metadata and troubleshooting logs. Website infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses and access logs.

How information is used

Information is used to develop and test notifications, maintain service security, investigate errors, and honor communication preferences. ATM does not currently provide a public SMS signup form.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the public site. Twilio is the intended communications provider and may process phone numbers, message contents and delivery information to provide messaging services, subject to its own terms and policies.

Mobile information

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process such information only as needed to provide the requested communication service.

Retention and security

Test records may be retained as needed for troubleshooting, security, and legal obligations, and removed when no longer needed. No absolute security guarantee is made. Specific retention settings will be reviewed before any external user enrollment.
